Rnb Roma Inc.
Last updated on 31 August 2026
These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Rnb Roma Inc., a company registered in Canada with its office at Suite 7 2450 Dunwin Dr, Mississauga - L5L 1J9, Canada (CA). The services described on this website are developed and operated by the developer RNBRoma.
By accessing this website, by submitting an enquiry through our contact forms, or by engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website and do not submit any enquiry.
These terms apply to every visitor to the website, including artists, venues, promoters, brand representatives, and any other person who views our pages or contacts our office. We ask that you read the full document carefully before you engage us for any service.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law where that law cannot be excluded by agreement.
Rnb Roma Inc. is a music and culture promotion company operating from Mississauga, Ontario. We support artists, venues, and brands through artist development, live event production, radio and playlist promotion, brand partnerships, studio and rehearsal services, and merchandise and distribution.
Our team works with musicians and the wider music industry to build careers and audiences. We are an independent company, and we take pride in treating every project with care and professionalism.
Throughout these terms, references to the company mean Rnb Roma Inc. and the people authorized to act on its behalf. References to the developer mean RNBRoma, the developer responsible for building and operating the services described on this website.
For any official communication, you can write to us at Suite 7 2450 Dunwin Dr, Mississauga - L5L 1J9, Canada (CA), email us at inquiry@rnbroma.buzz, or telephone us at +12243786293.
Our services fall into six programs that together cover the full journey of a music project. The artist development program provides coaching on vocals, performance, release planning, and career strategy. The live event production program plans and runs shows from small rooms to festival stages.
The radio and playlist promotion program connects new releases to stations and curators. The brand partnership program designs collaborations between brands, artists, and events. The studio and rehearsal program provides space and support for writing, recording, and rehearsing. The merchandise and distribution program handles products, shipping, and digital delivery.
Each service is described in more detail on the Services page of this website. The descriptions on that page are provided for information only and do not by themselves create a binding contract. A binding contract is formed only when we both agree on a written scope of work.
We may adjust the details of a service, such as the length of a program or the format of a session, where the change does not materially affect the outcome agreed with you.
You may use this website and submit enquiries only if you are at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in your province or country. By using the website you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any engagement for services must be conducted by that adult on your behalf.
You also confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete, and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any organization you represent, such as a venue, a label, or a brand.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or organization, and to decline any enquiry, where we believe that doing so is necessary for the integrity of our programs or for the safety of our team and our clients.
Most of our work begins with a simple enquiry rather than an online account. Where we create an account for you, such as a client portal or a scheduling profile, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
You agree to provide current, accurate contact information and to notify us promptly of any change to your email address or phone number so that we can keep you informed about your project.
When you contact us by email or through our website forms, we may reply by email, by telephone, or through the contact method you have provided. You agree that electronic communication is an acceptable way to receive notices, quotes, and updates about your engagement.
Please note that routine emails are not encrypted, so you should avoid sending sensitive personal information such as full identification numbers or financial card details through email. If you need to share such information, we will provide a secure method.
Submitting an enquiry through our website, by email, or by telephone does not create a binding agreement. An enquiry simply opens a conversation, and we will reply with information and, where appropriate, a proposed scope of work.
A proposal or quote that we send you will describe the services, the deliverables, the timeline, and the price. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for thirty days from the date it is issued, after which we may revise it.
No engagement begins until you accept a written scope of work and we confirm acceptance in writing. For live events, an engagement is confirmed only when we have received a signed agreement and any deposit required by that agreement.
Descriptions we provide by telephone or through informal conversation are summaries only. The written scope of work is the definitive record of what we have agreed to deliver, and it prevails over any earlier discussion.
Our fees are set out in the written scope of work for each engagement. Unless a different arrangement is stated, fees are payable in Canadian dollars by bank transfer or another method we both agree on.
For programs such as artist development, we typically ask for a deposit at the start of the program and the balance according to the payment schedule in the agreement. For live events, a deposit is usually required to reserve the date, with the balance due before the event takes place.
Prices shown on our website are indicative only and may change. The price in your written scope of work is the price that applies to your engagement, and we will not increase it without your agreement.
If a payment is not received on time, we may pause work on the project until the payment is settled. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable interest charge as allowed by law.
Cancellation terms are set out in the written scope of work for each engagement, because the terms differ between programs. For example, a studio session can usually be moved to a new date, while an event with confirmed artists and venue dates may not be movable.
If you cancel a program before work has started, we will refund any payments you have made, less a reasonable administrative charge for processing the cancellation and reserving the time.
If you cancel a program after work has begun, the deposit and any fees for work already completed are retained, and we will issue a refund for any unused balance where a balance exists.
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund all amounts you have paid. If we cancel an event because of circumstances beyond our control, such as a venue closure or a severe weather warning, we will work with you to reschedule or to agree a fair refund.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and design, is owned by Rnb Roma Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your music, your name, your image, and any other creative work you bring to a project remain your property. We claim no ownership of the music or the branding that you provide to us, and our work is carried out to support your ownership of those assets.
Where we create materials for you as part of a paid engagement, such as a press kit, an event poster, or a promotional copy, the rights in that material are granted to you as described in your written scope of work. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to show the work in our own portfolio.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website content without our written permission, except to the limited extent permitted by these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view this website for your personal and business use. This license is revocable at any time and does not permit you to resell or commercially exploit the website content.
You may download or print a single copy of pages such as this one for your own records, provided that you keep all copyright and other notices intact and that you do not use the copy for any commercial purpose.
You may share links to our website through social media and in your own promotional material, provided that you do not present the content in a misleading way and you do not imply that we endorse your business.
When we produce content for your engagement, such as copy or artwork, you receive the usage rights described in your scope of work. You may not license or sell that content to a third party without our written agreement.
When you use our website or work with our team, you agree to behave in a professional and lawful manner. You agree not to use the website to send spam, to post unlawful content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, to the accounts of other clients, or to our internal systems. Any attempt to probe or breach our security may be reported to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to impersonate another person or organization, and not to provide false information in an enquiry or in the course of an engagement. Accurate information helps us deliver a better service to you.
At live events and in our studio spaces, you agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our staff and the venue, to treat other people with respect, and to comply with all health and safety requirements.
Our website may include links to third party services, such as streaming platforms, payment providers, social media sites, and venue booking systems. These services are operated by their own organizations and are not part of our company.
When you use a third party service, you are subject to the terms and policies of that service. For example, when a fan streams your music, the streaming platform applies its own rules to the playback and the payments it makes.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third party services, and we do not warrant that any third party service will continue to operate as described.
Where a service we deliver depends on a third party, such as a distribution network or a booking platform, we will inform you of any relevant restrictions and we will do our best to recommend reliable providers.
During an engagement, you may share information with us that is confidential, such as unreleased music, pricing details, event plans, or business strategies. We will keep such information confidential and use it only for the purpose of your engagement.
We ask you to treat our business information with similar care, including our pricing models, our production methods, and the details of other clients. Sharing our confidential information without permission is not permitted.
The confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already public, information we receive from another source without a duty of confidence, or information we are required to disclose by law.
These confidentiality obligations survive the end of any engagement, so that the trust we build during a project continues to protect both sides afterwards.
Our website is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from harmful components, and we do not guarantee that every page will always be available.
We provide our services using reasonable professional care and skill, and we will deliver the work described in the scope of each engagement. However, we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as a certain number of streams, spins, or sales, because those results depend on audiences and markets that we do not control.
Information on this website, including service descriptions and metrics, is provided for general information and may change. We make no representation that the information is current at the time you read it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rnb Roma Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, and damage to reputation.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement will not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement. This limit applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power failures, strikes, government action, and the failure of third party venues or suppliers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rnb Roma Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, damage, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the website or your breach of these terms.
You also agree to indemnify us for claims arising from content you provide to us, such as music you submit for promotion, where that content infringes the rights of a third party or violates any law.
This indemnification applies to the extent permitted by law and does not apply to liability that results from our own negligence or misconduct.
We will notify you promptly of any claim covered by this indemnification and will give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense of the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, and we may end an engagement, if you breach these terms or the written scope of work and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice.
We may also end an engagement immediately if we reasonably believe that continuing would create a risk to our team, to other clients, or to the public, or if you engage in conduct that is unlawful or seriously damaging to the company.
If an engagement ends early, we will account for the work completed and will refund any unused balance as described in the section on refunds and cancellations.
The sections of these terms that are intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply after the engagement ends.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We aim to resolve any disagreement informally and quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us in writing with a description of the issue, and we will respond within a reasonable period with a proposed solution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mediator agreed by both sides before taking the matter to court.
Subject to the mediation step, any legal proceedings relating to these terms will be brought in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, changes in the law, or changes in our business practices. Any revised terms will be posted on this page, and the revision date at the top of the document will be updated.
For current engagements, the terms in force at the time the engagement was confirmed will continue to apply unless both parties agree to adopt the revised terms.
If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention, such as a notice on our website, and we will give you a reasonable period to review it.
Your continued use of the website after revised terms have been posted means that you accept the revised terms, subject to any agreement described above for existing engagements.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any written scope of work agreed for a specific engagement, form the entire agreement between you and Rnb Roma Inc. regarding your use of the website and our services.
These documents replace any earlier agreements, proposals, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter. You should keep a copy of any scope of work you accept for your records.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
The failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not operate as a waiver of that provision, and a waiver is effective only if it is made in writing.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, or about any aspect of working with our company, please contact us. We are happy to explain our terms and to answer any question before you commit to an engagement.
